These terms govern your use of eventlightingrentalstoronto.ca and your engagement of Event Lighting Rentals Toronto for event lighting services. By submitting a quote request or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Event Lighting Rentals Toronto provides design, installation, on-site operation, and removal of event and holiday lighting across the Greater Toronto Area, including:

  • Wedding and cultural lighting (including South Asian wedding house lighting)
  • Corporate event lighting (product launches, galas, brand activations)
  • Christmas, Diwali, and other festive holiday lighting
  • Backyard and tent outdoor lighting
  • Custom and tunnel lighting designs
  • Commercial unit and storefront decorative lighting

2. Quotes & Bookings

All pricing is provided as a custom quote based on event size, venue, location, and lighting requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance for peak wedding and holiday dates. Bespoke fabrication requires 8 to 12 weeks of lead time.

3. Payment

Payment terms (deposit amount, balance due, accepted payment methods) are set out in the service agreement provided with each quote. We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation terms and any associated fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Changes to scope, design, or event details after booking may affect the final price and require a written amendment.

5. Installation, Safety & Compliance

All installations are performed by certified personnel in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (ESA) and using GFCI-protected power and outdoor-rated, IP65 weatherproof connectors as appropriate.

You agree to provide reasonable access to your venue, working electrical service where required, and coordination with your venue and rental partners.

6. On-Site Support

Dedicated on-site technicians are provided during scheduled events for setup, live operation, and troubleshooting as set out in the service agreement.

7. Liability

We carry commercial general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except as required by applicable law.

We are not liable for delays, damages, or service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions discovered on-site, power outages, or acts of third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, renders, and creative materials produced by Event Lighting Rentals Toronto remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use them in connection with your event. We may use event photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
